Research notes
[TREE] Added 29 Jul 2026 under the people-related-to-the-land rule: child Jacobus Daniel Johannes OosthuizenM (PER-000004). Thin record; dates as in the tree.
30 Jul 2026 [FS]: FamilySearch LYFT-MX5, 1852-1934, agrees.
30 Jul 2026 DATE FLAG: her tree birth 27 Jun 1852 collides with her sister Cornelia Francina Magdalena Elizabeth's REGISTER-INDEXED birth of 2 Feb 1852 (PER-000470) - only 4.5 months apart. One is wrong; hers is the tree-only date, so possibly 27 Jun 1853 [TO VERIFY against the baptism register].
30 Jul 2026 [SRC-126/DOC-0086] Listed on her father's 1903 death notice as 'Fredrika Johanna VAN DEN HOEVEN born Oosthuizen' - so she married a VAN DEN HOEVEN. Probable husband: NICOLAAS CORNELIS VAN DEN HOVEN (PER-000281), her co-witness at the 1878 Prince Albert baptism of Almero Jacobus Hitge OosthuizenL - and note the 'NC van der Hoeven' quoted in the 1891 Zeekoegat gold story [SRC-068] [TO VERIFY].
These are working notes, not finished prose: they carry the reasoning, the corrections and the things still marked to verify. They are kept here so the page itself can read as what is known.

priority 2 · LEAD-0108
Seven mothers in this model have two children whose exact birth dates fall less than ten months apart, twins excluded. For each: are the two rows one child, is one date wrong, or is one parentage link wrong?
What would settle it One register entry per pair.
