TRANSCRIPTION: "The above diagram A.B.C.D.E represents 399 Morgen 407 Sq. Roods of Land, situate in the F.C. North Onder Roggeveld, Division of CALVINIA, being the place ANNEX WILGEBOOM. Bounded NW along AB by Wilgeboom. E by BC by Boschluiskrantz Extension. S by CD by Annex Kleinefontein. SW by DE, EA by Annex Brakkefontein. Surveyed and beaconed by me according to regulations, February 1909. Fred. Muller, Govt. Land Surveyor." CERTIFICATE: "I certify that this Diagram belongs to the Title Deed issued this day in favour of J. W. A. STEENKAMP and the Estate of the late J. W. C. STEENKAMP." Surveyor-General's office, 4 May 1910, Wr. Pritchard.
