TRANSCRIPTION OF THE ANNEXURE, verbatim: 'The annexed Diagram represents the farm Jan Williams Fontein containing 7059 Morgens of ground, Situated in the Gouph. District of Beaufort and Field Cornetcy of M. de Beer. Bounded on the North by the Bank / South Abraham's Kraal / East Plaat Fontein / West Kruid Fontein.' Title block on both sheets: 'The farm JAN WILLEMS FONTEIN No. 32, PRINCE ALBERT'. CANCELLATION STAMP on the diagram sheet: 'CANCELLED. VIDE Subst. Dgm. 2014/1921, D/T 1922-50-2887 (Farm 32)', signed Surveyor-General. THE SHEET SPELLS THE FARM TWO WAYS, and both are kept: the title block reads JAN WILLEMS FONTEIN and the annexure text reads Jan Williams Fontein. The fountain on the drawing is lettered 'Jan Williams Fontein'. Sides scaled in Rhynland roods: 830, 1160, 1040, 1020, 840, 1500, 1580, 1035. Magnetic meridian drawn at Var 29 deg 30'.
