[SRC-249] Named as the deceased's father in the 1863 death notice, which is what fixes this generation. Married Adriana Hermina KockH on 25 January 1801. He is a CANDIDATE for the "Martinus van VeurenM" for whom Wilgamount was surveyed in August 1833 - Martinus is the everyday form of Johannes Marthinus - but that is a proposal, not a finding, and his son of the same name is the rival candidate.
