WILCOCKS - the same minister who consecrated the Zeekoegat church two years earlier (STO-0006). SIX WITNESSES, FOUR OF THEM MALHERBES: Isabella Johanna, Catharina Louisa, HENDRIK LODEWIJK and Muriel Reinet MalherbeM, with Lambertus Petrus Johannes LouwM and Elizabeth Wilhelmina LouwM. He is named for a man standing at his own font. Noemnaam recorded as Hennie [TO VERIFY].

[11 Aug 2026, MED-000021] THERE IS A PHOTOGRAPH OF HIM. A studio portrait in a three-piece tweed suit and round spectacles, a man of about thirty, so of the 1930s or early 1940s. It carries no inscription; the identification is the family's own and rests on that.

These are working notes, not finished prose: they carry the reasoning, the corrections and the things still marked to verify. They are kept here so the page itself can read as what is known.
