[2 Aug 2026 inbox] Consolidated 1956 out of four pieces (DOC-0162): Gedeelte 5 van Bloemendal Annex, a Gedeelte van Bloemendal, and Erwe 2 and 3 van Bloemendal - antecedent diagrams 3882/56, 1191/1895, 8031/1893 and 1427/1852. Its verso (DOC-0163) deducts Gedeelte 1 of 332.8297 morgen, leaving a remainder of 2371.4336 - which reconciles exactly against the 2704.2633 on the front. CANCELLED 2004, vide FARM 221, today's Kraai Fontein 221.

[14 Aug 2026, FAMILY] THE FARM TOKKIE HELD. Frans, against a coordinate on the ground: "that is the farm Tokkie had" - Gert Annis "Tokkie" Oosthuizen Marincowitz (PER-000007), who also held Tabaklande on the neighbouring Bloemendal Annex. THE WERF IS AT -33.273998, 22.375727, which is inside this farm's polygon; Bloemendaal No. 165 starts 500 m away, so the three Bloemendals are close enough together that only a location could tell them apart, and the pairing this project first reasoned from put the holding on the wrong one. The buildings there "used to be a bouval" - a ruin - and are a guest house today [FAMILY]. No dates for the holding: family knowledge gives the fact and not the years.

[14 Aug 2026] THE CLAIM ABOVE IS WITHDRAWN: THIS IS NOT THE FARM TOKKIE HELD. The note beginning "THE FARM TOKKIE HELD" was written yesterday on a coordinate Frans has since corrected - "Bloemendal House - correction to before". The corrected point, -33.274613 / 22.388809, falls inside Bloemendaal No. 165, 1.22 km east, and OWN-000105 has moved there. The earlier note is left standing rather than deleted because it is cited by LEAD-0187 and by farm 165's own row, and a withdrawn claim that vanishes is one nobody can check. What remains true of this farm: the 1956 consolidation, the cancellation vide farm 221, and the eGGSA burial ground on it.

Which Bloemendal did Tokkie own, and when did he hold it and Tabaklande? priority 2 · LEAD-0187
[FAMILY] Tokkie also owned Bloemendal and Tabaklande. Tabaklande is unambiguous - farm 164 portion 2, now PAR-000201. BLOEMENDAL IS NOT: this district has three farms of that name and a fourth thing called Bloemendal inside one of them. Bloemendal Annex No. 164 (PAR-000128), Bloemendaal No. 165 (PAR-000093), Bloemendal A No. 166 (PAR-000129), and the 2023 valuation roll also names farm 165 portion 2 'Bloemendal' at 15.4 ha. Which one is it, and what are the dates of both holdings?

What would settle it Frans naming which Bloemendal, or a deeds report showing the transfers in and out.
