THE VERSO IS SIXTY-SEVEN YEARS NEWER THAN ITS FRONT, and carries its own date for that reason - 8. Two tables. DEDUCTIONS: survey record E637/88, diagram 1694/88, Portion 2, area 9996, transfer 62162/88. SERVITUDES AND LEASEHOLD AREAS: E1950/89 with diagram 1044/90, the centrelines of Electric Powerline servitudes 47,0 m and 31,0 m wide, deed K1049/94; then 95/2022 with diagrams 131/2022 and 132/2022, leases L1 of 2034.9766 ha and L2 of 1140,6293 ha [the leading digit is unclear - TO VERIFY]. THE SAME POWERLINE AS LEEUKRAAL: survey record E1950/89 and diagram 1044/90 are the identical pair endorsed on DOC-0254, the Leeukraal Gedeelte 1 verso, so one Eskom line crosses both farms. Withheld on its 2022 date, and rightly: a servitudes table is not the deduction table the 11 carve-out releases.
