Research notes
A SERVITUDES TABLE AND IT IS GIVEN ITS OWN DATES, exactly as 8 requires. The front is 1947; this back records Eskom electric powerline servitudes under survey record E 1950/89 and diagram 1047/90 - forty-two years later. Left to inherit 1947 it would have published a 1990 record. Dated 1990 it fails the 1936 gate and is withheld, which is correct: a servitudes table is not the deduction table the 11 carve-out releases, and nobody has read this sheet for a decision.
