Gerolm's grandson, and the man who took six Vrolykheid portions between 1922 and 1936, died on the farm aged 72. With his grandfather in 1890 and his father in 1916, that is three generations of Marincowitz men dying on the same ground.

[SRC-008] 31 Jul 2026, from the SAG descendant report: born 1877-04-23, baptised 21 Jun 1877 at Prince Albert, DIED ON VROLIKHEID 6 Feb 1950 aged 72. He is the Marincowitz who took six Vrolykheid portions between 1922 and 1936, and he died on the farm he assembled. Married Elizabeth Caroline 'Lizzie' Rill (PER-000482), who is buried on Vrolikheid.
