THE DATA SHEET. "The figure A B C D E F G H J K L M N P Q R S represents 5510.911 hectares of land being PORTION 2 OF THE FARM RIETFONTEIN NO. 12, situate in the Administrative District: Prince Albert, Province of the Cape of Good Hope." The figure 5510.9874 is struck and 911 written under it. That matches this model's 5,509.4 ha and the cadastre's 5,511.9 ha, which is what identifies the parcel. Surveyed August-September 1994 by J. K. Maree (PLS 0375), Van Waart, Pauwen & Maree; approved 1994-10-24. Stamped OFFICE COPY. Co-ordinates in metres on system Lo 23. TRIGONOMETRICAL BEACONS: 131 GROOTRIVIER 1 and 132 GROOTRIVIER 11.
