    Less than two years after buying it, Mostert and Venter split the farm into two equal halves of 7,251 morgen. On the same day 2,000 morgen of the Venter half was registered to Jacobus Johannes Swanepoel as Swanepoel’s Aanleg - transports 149, 150 and 151.
