Surveyor-General diagram 2103/1903 recites the title: 2760 morgen, Lot B, part of the farm Doorn Kraal or Toornits Kraal in the field cornetcy of Traka, division of Beaufort, now Prince Albert, granted on quitrent to Hendrik Joh van Eck (Joh son) on the 15th April 1841. IT IS THE SAME DAY as the five Klaarstroom-basin farms this project already holds, and it widens that morning's work by one more farm and one more family. The date comes from a recital on a 1903 diagram rather than from the deed itself, which would be at the Western Cape Archives. [TO VERIFY]
