Transfer deed 13528 carried two newly surveyed portions in one instrument: Noorsdoringkop, 1849.4483 morgen off Groot Sluitel Fontein No. 126, and Kleinbotterkraal, 8393.9332 morgen off Klein Sleutlefontein No. 127 - a little over 10,240 morgen between them. Both were surveyed by J.H.E. Hartwig in February 1937 and transferred in December to Anna Margaretha Marincowitz, born Oosthuizen, recorded as married out of community of property to Gert Oosthuizen Marincowitz. The deeds put the land in her name, not his.
