Informant B. M. W. Verweij, nearest blood relative present at the death, of Knoffel Rivier; form written out by J. H. van Zyl as witness and signed 29 September 1915. Registered 11 October 1915, district of Prince Albert, entry 119. The footnote asking the total number of children the deceased had is answered FIFTEEN.
