Research notes
THE VERSO carries two tables. DEDUCTIONS: Ged 6 (survey E.2809/71, kaart 11001/71, 4728,2437 ha, deed 7837/72) and Ged 7 (E.415/77, kaart 1550/1977, 4,6475 ha), with a stated remainder of 5657,8724 ha. That figure reconciles EXACTLY against the face: 10386,1161 less Ged 6 is 5657,8724 to the fourth decimal - so the remainder was struck after Ged 6 and before Ged 7 was cut, which is why the two do not both come off it. SERVITUDES: survey E.1950/89, kaart 1051/90, deed K218/92 - "the lines lm and nopq represent the centre lines of electric powerline servitudes 47m and 31m wide respectively". Kaart 1050/1990 does the same job on Modderdrift 239 (DOC-0176), so the pair of sheets covers one powerline crossing both farms.
