[SRC-072] Born on Vlakfontein in the Koup 16 Apr 1827. Married at fifteen-and-eighteen in the NG Kerk Zwarteberg (Prince Albert) on 14 Apr 1845 - both minors, both fathers' consent required. Farmed Wolwekraal, then Antjesfontein, then Swanepoelsaanleg, which he owned 1879-1897. Bought 5 Market Street, Prince Albert in 1898 and died in that house 8 Sep 1909. His estate took until 1948 to wind up - about seventy heirs, most of them already dead, spread as far as South West Africa.

DOC-0056 records the later arrival but not the 22 years before it.
What would settle it The Deeds Office transfer register for this farm between 1857 and 1879. A transfer names its predecessor in title, so one deed closes the whole gap.

A boundary description for Botterkraal (Jansenskraal Nr. 104 Gdlt 2) names Estate late P.J. Swanepoel, a surveyor stating on the record that this person held the adjoining ground. We do hold Swanepoel tenure elsewhere, but none on this boundary and none at this date.
What would settle it The diagram's own date fixes the window. The quitrent or erfpacht register for that year names the holder of the adjoining place, and an estate inventory will name the farm outright.
Found by breaks.py reading the model against itself, not written by hand,
